Tofu or bean curd is a famous food derived from soybean. It is made by coagulating soya milk and pressing it into a block according to softness.
History of Tofu:
Tofu-was first invented during the Chinese Han dynasty about 2000 years ago. Tofu and its production technique were introduced to Japan during the Nara period (710–794). It was Chinese cook who discovered accidentally coagulated soy milk when he added nigari sea salt.
